hello all, tried starting my 91 z28 and now cant hear the fuel pump prime. car has been sitting, but turns over fine just never starts. checked fuel relay and fuse block by the battery and all is good. I did notice that the security light on the display does not go out. Maybe vats issue? This doesn't help much but car will start with starter fluid. Any help is much appreciated.

 

Might be vats. Ifyour relay and your fuse is good next is to test power going into the tank to rule out fuel pump failure
