Tpi lb9 help needed

Hey everyone. I'm having a problem with my tpi. Sometimes When I turn the key to turn it on, it makes a weird noise and the engine doesn't even rev. I will post vid. You might need to turn up the volume. Any help appreciated.

Also I wasn't really sure where to post this.

Sounds like the starter is spinning, but maybe the spindle isn't extending out of the starter thus not making contact with the flex plate? The other sounds just sound like fans.

I didn't listen to the video so I'm going on faith here.

If the starter is spinning, it has to be kicking out the drive (Bendix). Unless the fork (for lack of a better term) is broken. Most likely the drive is bad.
