New valve seals on L98 117k miles. New springs and 1.6 rockers while I'm at it?...

I have 1989 Z with 117k miles..... Runs great. Long story short, started burning oil @ start up so I am going to replace valve seals. I purchased Fel Pro SS55112, SS72527 and SS72877 valve stem seals.
I have a Comp Cam 08-501-8 installedSpecificationsIntakeExhaustRPM Range:Valve Lash:Valve Timing

uration:Lobe Separation: Duration @ .050" Lift:Intake Centerline:Valve Lift:Lobe Lift:Valve Timing @ 0.006 Lift: with mildly ported intake and runners with stock heads.. Also, gonna put headers on (1 5/8 with 2 1/2 ) inch collectors to help with already installed Magna Flow dual cat exhaust. I was going to put in new springs.
