Any interest in AS&M runner GP

Fast toys said they may cut the price a little if we get a few people together.

Does AS&M even make TPI runners any more? They have them on their webpage but I know people who tried to get some, and they've been on back-order forever. If you can get them, the semi-siamesed are the ones to get. I gave up and got some SLP's instead.

I sent them an email to see what kind of discount we can get for the # of people we have interested. I'll get all the details and post when I get a reply.

i disagree the semi siamesed welds are terrible on the inside and why pay that much for a product that will restrict airflow.they may be better than stock but i sent mine back and got the regular ltr's at least theay are smooth on the inside. and i guess in my app it dosent matter as much with the siamesing because i never run out of air with the supercharger.but if it was me i'd siamease a pair of slp"s and keep the extra 200 in my pocket

If they can match SLP's price, then I am interested. At that price, why would you not buy them, right?

If there is a choice, I'd prefer the standard-nonsiamesed ones.

Mark.

ok everyone here goes-
Phillip Reddy from Fast Toys just got back with me after getting in touch with AS&M. The best they can do with 10 people is $365. This will be for the standard looking LTR's not the semi-siamesed (due to labor from what they are saying). Also it will take 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed- apparently also due to labor procedures. Anyways, thats the best I could find.

I'm in, meaning we would need 9 others.

Which is better? I'm building a 355 Vortec and need to milk every ounce of HP outta it. Price is only a By-product. What about the siameased?
