How would i know if the chip is bad in my computer?

 

Code 41 or 51 and the same results with another ecm probably.

after making progress and the car becoming driveable again for a bit. after putting in supreme gas car has gone back to not starting.. its almost as if the chip forgets its settings or something... im at a loss.
