Re: Never mind.

No. It was a thread about a Delphi fuel pump module assembly that I got all happy and excited about until I realized it was just for the 2.8L and 3.1L V6 cars. I thought they was making them again for TBI & TPI cars.

But now that you mention it what does happen with a TPI system at 4750 RPM?

If stock TPI? Nothing.. just nothing. Until it shifts.

Let me join you for a moment.

What are you looking for? Aren't the sending units pretty much the same since the tank size itself is the same:

That leaves the fuel pump itself. Those can be sourced from different companies, depending on which one you want.

Re: Never mind.

I saw this on Rock Auto while I was looking up some things to help another member out and got all happy because I thought Delphi started making the complete fuel pump modules again. And they are a very good price. Way better than trying to piece it all together.

More Information for DELPHI HP10266

Then I realized these are for the 1985 to 1992 2.8L & 3.1L V6 cars. For some reason Delphi doesn't make the complete fuel pump modules for the TBI or TPI engines anymore even though they make the fuel pumps for both.
