Should I remove the Cold Start Injector?

I am not using it since I have a 91 computer.
My question is, will having it in the intake and fuel rail cause the car to run rich, even though there is no connector on the Injector?

Thanks,

Zephyr,

As long as teh cold start isn't leaking, it should make no difference whatsoever. Making a suitable plug for the intake could be a chore, though.

Well, it's not leaking, as far as I can tell.
Thanks Vader

Hey zepher.. accel makes a kit to eliminate the CS injector.. it comes with a plug for the intake/runner base, and a plug for the end of the fuel rail. Not sure how much it is... hold on.. I'll get a P/N for ya.. ok.. Accel P/N 74820

I just got my cold start injector plug kit from Street and Performance this week. The injector plug is 5 bucks, and the fuel rail plug is 15 bucks. For 20 bills, it is worth it. I think the Accel kit is like 50-60 dollars!!
The only reason the S$P fuel rail plug is $15, is because it is polished!!

Hope I saved you some cash!!

Here is their website:
http://www.tunedport.com/

I didn't really find the injector plug kit on their website, but they have it. It is in their catalog for sure.

I called them up for how-to install the injector block off, and I am glad did. Tech support said to just heat the runner up a bit with a propane torch, and put the plug in the freezer for a while first to cool it down. Then you have a nice "shrink-fit" to hold it in. No goop or anything else.

I haven't tried it yet, still working on the manifold.
