Try AKM Electronics for either the hardware to do it yourself, or if you don't have time to fool with it, Andrew can burn you a chip for usually about $50. I've had one of those $200+ chips before, could tell absolutely no difference in those and Andrews $50 chips, I sent the $200 one back for a refund from TPIS.

I also agree that burning your own would be the best.
However, if you're like me and don't have the time to learn and are worried about messing something up I would suggest Ed Wright. Ed has a great reputation and actually won a chip burning shoot out in '98 beating out Hypertech, Superchip, and one other company. He burns custom chips for $350 and can "usually" get the chip right the first time. If he doesn't and you can provide him with some details on what's going on he'll reburn at no cost.
