I'm not sure but I think it's somewhere around 380. I wonder how much pressure drop there would be at WOT around 350HP+ though. I bought a Walbro 255 lph fuel pump and put it in my '86 IROC (before I blew it up ) and it works great and the service was the same. I was told it would supply up to 680 HP....good enough for me!

I dont know about the stock replacement pump. If youre going to run nitrous like your sig. says, get AT Least a inline "booster" pump. You cant run lean! Go to the power adder board for more info.

i thought you meant stock like gm stock........

i replaced mine with a stock gm pump just to make sure when i added the n2o. i also put in a inline booster pump though.

i'm pushing 400........it seems to work fine for me.

So how much money did you sink into that engine? And you cheaped out on the fuel pump rather than buying the very affordable and reliable walbro replacement? And you're planning on spraying the motor?

Hey maybe it'll work, but there is a REASON noone can answer your question. Cuz anyone who makes more HP than stock knows better than to replace the fuel pump w/ another stock one, let alone a generic autozone unti that prolly works half as well as stock. You're more than welcome to give it a shot, but i got 5 on a meltdown by june...

If that pump is used with the 19 lb injectors (in your sig.) then it should be fine. Those are small injectors so a poor performance fuel pump should be OK

hp takes fuel. Regardless of the injector supplying the fuel, it still takes the same amount of fuel. I don't have the equations handy, but for a 19lb injector to comfortably support the power that his combo should make, i'm sure he'd need closer to 50psi or more.
So he's asking for more volume than stock and at a higher pressure than stock. That's A LOT of extra work to make the fuel pump do.
If i had dollar one invested in hardparts on my engine and i was already in the fuel tank, there is no way i wouldn't be running the wal-bro.
Then factor in that he wants to spray it too. Like i said, i got 5 on a meltdown by june....

Yeah, hp takes fuel. He was asking how much HP can he make with a junk fuel pump. What I am saying is that the fuel pump isn't the limiting factor. The injectors are the limiting factor. Sounds to me like he can make 240 - 305 Hp, that generic pump should be fine.

If you are talking about the "soon to be added" nitrous, then yes, he will have a melt down. I can't guess at how he is going to do this (extra pumps??). I am just speaking for what he has now. Besides, everyone's "future plans" are 150 NOS, twin turbos, supercharger, looking to pull 12's.
You are definitely right about the meltdown with the nitrous. I guess I mis-understood his question.
