hi guys need some advice about the removal of the cruise control and speed sensor .Well my 89 transam is going to be used for the occasional drive into the city but mainly for the dragstrip since i never was a fan of cruise control im thinking of removing it . removing the main assembly is no probs but the wiring under the dash is since some wiring of the cruise control work in conjunction with the vehicle speed sensor buffer . i was thinking of deleting both will there be any drivability problems what does the speed sensor control the speedometer ?i know it works together with the egr but i dont care about that since that is deleted from my car hope someone can give me some info thanks.
