Where can I get a cold start plug and fuel rail plugs?
Where can I get the plugs to go into the side of the runners, and the plug to plug it up on the fuel rail? Dealership? Thanks

You can get it from Street and Performance, that's where I got mine. There are cheaper ways to do it but this was the easiest way for me and it's show chrome, ooooh aaaaaaah.
They list the 9th injector plug for $5.00 but I don't see how it goes in yet(I'm doing it in a few weeks) If nothing else I'll JB Weld it in. As for the fuel rail plug it's listed at $15.00

You can make your own plug.... I used some aluminum stock and turned it down to the right diameter (about 5/8"). I even polished the top of it, then just UltraBlack rtv'd it into place.
Instead of plugging the fuel rail, I took the fitting, and had half of a 4an fitting welded to it so that I could plumb my fuel pressure gauge sending unit directly to the fuel rail instead of having to use my schraeder valve. Pics below:
