Holley CNC throttle body flows 10% more CFM than cast ones?

I was looking at excessive motorsports advert in a magazine and they say that the Holley CNC throttle body flows 10% more CFM than a cast one. Is this right? If so, why? 10% seems like an awful lot. I could only think that it would be because the bores would be a smoother finish?

Well I don't know if it's true or not, but 10% would presumably be an absolutely great improvement. What's happening with your PROM by the way?

Come on anyone on the boards got the raw facts regarding these parts?
:rolleyes
