You're going from 19# to 24# injectors? You're going to be getting way too much fuel. You can get o-rings at any auto parts store.

I definatley wouldnt go 24's in a 305. I have a couple bad injectors in my vert now, and a nice set of SVO 24's in the garage, but Im not gonna use them. They will be way too much... Im going with SVO 19's, which will flow almost as much as tock 22's if the fuel pressure is up there enough.

Pay the money and send them to Rick at Cruizin Performance and have them cleaned/matched. What a headache to find those used injectors have problems after you put them in and put the top of your TPI back together.

The last time I had it done the cost was $5.00 each for cleaning, $10.00 if they need flow-matching. They'll come back with a good set of 'O' rings, too. Your stock factory "matched" set may be off as much as 4-5% right out of the box. Cruzin' Performance will generally get them to within 2% or better (mine came back under 2%). It would be a PITA if you installed them only to find that they should have been cleaned.

(Always install a new filter and flush the rails, too.)

I got a used set of Vette (22#) injectors for the IROC and had Rich do em for about $80. They came back matched to 1%. He is great.
