Speedometer?
Hi Guy's
I am presently helping a friend put a 400 small block and turbo 350 auto in a 1990 Chevorlet stepside 2-wheel drive pickup. It wouldn't have been my selection but he owns it I don't. My question is, do any of you know if thier is a way to make the factory speedometer work with the turbo 350. He wants to retain the factory guages but as you all know they work of the vehicle speed sensor and he of course has a speedometer cable. Is there a company that makes something that works for this setup or is he just SOL. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me.

Lets see, post # 79 on the subject.
Get a buick oldsmobile pontiac tail housing for the turbo 350, it has a 2" opening for the speedometer sender, it's the same as the 700R4, this will enable the use of all parts from the 700 to be used on the turbo 350.
