will this work???
Will a TQ Converter from a 2004R work in a 700R4? I can get one for next to nothin and have it restalled. Just didnt know if it would be worth the hassel or even work.

Only if your 700 has the early, less desireable 27 spline Input Shaft ('82- early '84). WHy are you replacing it anyways? If it is bad then the Tranny also needs to be gone through as it is an integral part of the Tranny.
