tranny mount bolt

I got a quick question. I have a 91 Z28 with a T-5. I put in a new clutch and now I have a vibration. I think it is because I can not snug down one of the tranny bolts. It just keeps turning and turning. Is there a way to make it so it will snug down?

yeah you need to fix the striped threads, can you say helicoil
