t-5 rear seal

ok guys i was takin out my driveshaft today gettin ready to pull my engine and tranny and i swa that the seal on the back of the tranny said national on it. now i thought they used timken?? also this is an 89 formula t-5. now it looks like its been leakin aroudn it to but i have hadit in my garage for liek 3 weeks and thres not a drop on the floor so is it normal for a little fluid to come out when u drive?? also woudl it be possible to replace this rear seal without takin the tranny apart?? thanks

easy to change seal with trans in car and DS out. just pull the seal and put a new one in
