Well this is the deal. I have searched the board and can not find the same problem. Here it is.

I have a 91 z28 and i had it at bristol about 3 weeks ago and the tranny had been lagging a little between 2-3 shift but i was told after i put in the shift kit it would do this until i put in a better servo valve. Well i lost a 1/2 second on my 1/4 time using NOS. When i got it home i put in the perf servo valve and changed the filter and put a new detent cable on and it helped a lot .

But the problem is when im driving about 45 and in OD and go to WOT it only kicks down to Drive and not to 2ed gear and i dont know why. My buddie has a 1989 TTA and his car has the same shift kit and perf servo in it and does the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
