Didnt your box say liberty on it? I think they do the conversion or something. I got mine from SDPC for $1970 shipped. I would assume you got an x member or something from spohn. What are you doing for a driveshaft?

i didnt look at the box carefully. just looked at the tranny. $1970 is a bargain. i already have the other necessary parts...crossmember, TA, driveshaft, all from Spohn. all i need now is a poly tranny mount, speedo calibrator, and my driveshaft rechecked just incase. well i think i spent way too much on this conv. and at the same time i've learned alot.

Well, live and learn!! We all know now there is no reason to buy that trans from an unnamed source. But when you are done, you will have a smooth shifting 6 speed good for some actual hp.

Last I heard Spohn was buying them from Fortes who sells them for $1976.

I decline to say where I aquired mine but I paid $1938 including shipping.

I decline because I got a special deal on mine, regular pricing is $2100 including shipping, still, thats $100 less than Spohn's price before shipping is added.
