200lbs seems like alot to me, when I bought my 2 rears to make 1 I picked em up myself outta the guys garage and loaded them into my truck, yes they still had fluid in them, 1 was drum and 1 was disc. If I remember right I think the disc was actually heavier though.

My upgrade rear (www.amazingmechanical.com ) is 175# with backing plates but no oil and brakes, so I would think a stocker with the smaller axle tubes and little diff is only about 150#
