Is this converter any good does any one use it ?? how well does it work and are u using a trans cooler ??? Also any one have before and after 1/4 times with it ? o yeah how is it for daily driving ?

 

I had it and liked it a lot. Just a mildly higher stall and was extremely driveable. Nice converter for the money.

did u have a trans cooler with it or did it work fine without 1 ?

 

I am using the SLP Torque Converter with the 2400 stall and it works fine without additional cooler.

A few friends and myself ran that converter behind a few 12 second 383's in our IROC's. For the money, it's a very good converter for the money. I believe i paid just under $250 plus the shipping from Summit. It was definitely ALOT cheaper than getting it straight from SLP.

 

OK sounds like everyone that used it liked it so im probally gonna eventually get it.
