I remove valvebody to install 3-4 shiftvalve because it would not go into overdrive at wot.installed valve body back up and removed governor springs because shifts was late and put a soft spring and one hard one now I shift to fast.but the big problem is it shifts ok but when you wot it and come to a stop and take off it will stay in first gear i have to put it in park and take off at normal speed to shift ok.is this signs of stuck throttle valve

 

It could be a Throttle Valve issue, but why did you mess with the governer? If all you were chasing was the 3-4 upshift @ WOT, then the valve assembly should have fixed that. Did you mess with the TV Cable at all? Try adjusting it to specification and see how it goes.
