Best way to install Roller Pilot Bearing
Best way to install Roller Pilot Bearing
I really do not want to hammer on it, but how do I press it in?
I was looking at getting a piece of metal and drilling 2 holes on the ends of that and drill and tap a hole in the middle. Then bolt this to the crank and see if that will work.
Any Ideas on doing this guys?
Or is it ok to just tap it in, I have a brass drift that will work?

Yes that will work.
I often use a certain socket I have that's no longer any good as a socket.
Hammering is OK as long as it's straight, and you don't whack it near the center where the rollers and the seal are, and trash them.

I always use an old transmission input shaft to tap it in.
It centers itself perfectly on the bearing.
