Well, what gears do you have now? 2.73, 2.77, 3.08 is the 2-series, and 3.23, 3.27, 3.42, 3.45, 3.70, and 3.73 are all 3-series. And what rear end do you have now, a 9-bolt or a 10-bolt?

OK, you have the 10 bolt. But what gear ratio do you have? If the rear is still stock, give us the year, make, model, tranny, engine information and we might be able to come up with a good guess. Otherwise, you need to get the ratio.

rpo codes

If you think they are still stock you can run your RPO codes on the decoder on this site and the codes will tell you what you have. They are usually located on your center compartment lid {bunch of three digit codes about 50 of em}

Getting your brakes off....

Use a brake pad spreader or whatever....its a 6 in threaded bolt with a handle on one end, a plate that threads along the bolt, and a foot at the other end to secure it to the shoes when you are spreading them.

More information in your posts when you ask your questions...like what the problem is....will get you better responses.
