So I read that powershifting is horrible for a T-5. I guess thats why I have no 2nd gear synchro...
I didn't think I'd kill it so fast with a pretty much stock car.

Speed shifting doesn't usually kill synchros. Usually it breaks gears and shafts.
Grinding into gear is almost never the transmission's fault. It's usually something to do with the clutch.

Brand new clutch, did it before and it does it now after I got the new one installed.
I'm thinking its the tranny... I used to powershift all the time, and downshift and just really drive it hard, that and there was some water seeped into the transmission from the boot on top being torn,the tranny fluid looked like pepto bismol.

Man, I slammed 3rd gear ONCE on a regular T5 in my ragged out '87 Mustang and blew the countershaft and main gear to bits.

I know the pic is fuzzy, but I always like it when people share extremely broken stuff pics with me
