rearend gear swap ?
Ok, I am going to help a buddy swap out his 86 Camaro's stock rearend gears with the 3.73 gears from his 85 S-10 Blazer. What I need to know is will his stock axles work and is there anything that could cause us problems? Is it an easy swap?

Car: `86 SS / `87 SS
Engine: L69 w/ TPI on top / 305 4bbl
Transmission: `95 T56 \ `88 200-4R
the carrier in the both of them will be 26 spline side gears and the axles in both are 26 spline. Shouldn't be a problem.
