what size torque converter and brand

what size torque converter and brand

i have a rpm air gap intake, holley 750, comp cams 268 extreme, hedman headers, ported and polished world s/r torquer heads, 3.73, th-350. is hughes good torque converter too?

maybe like a 2800 RPM stall

Transmission: Probuilt 700R4 - 2800 Stall Midwest
Axle/Gears: 3.42
It depends on how you drive but I just got a 2800 stall from MidWest Converters. I would think you would want a little higher stall, maybe around 3400-3600. How much HP and Tq do you have? Were is your torque peak?

I've never heard that much about Hughes Converters. What type of driving do you do? (racing, driving miss daisy) With your setup, if you are racing I don't think you'll get much out of a 2800 stall.
