slipping fourth gear

Engine: 355 afr 195 heads,tpis big mouth
Transmission: 700r-4 built by me 3-4 z pack
Axle/Gears: 3.42
slipping fourth gear
hi my name is antoine and my trans is shifting funny will slip in fourth gear when you apply sum throttle only,could it be valvebody problem.or 2-4 band also going into second will still bark the tires.and not slip.

2-3 is soft and you can t even fell it when it go into fourth gear does a total rebuild have to be done or put your 3-4 clutch pack and transgo shift kits in it
