700R4 servo replacement

I want to replace the servo with a billet one from http://www.transmissioncenter.net/pe...automotive.htm as well as install the TV boost 'Mega Valve'. I was wondering how these items are installed and how hard the job is to do, and if you guys have any tips for installing them. I've never done any tranny work before short of a fluid change. Thanks!

The "billet" servo comes with instructions. To get an idea of how to install one, you can go here: Servo Replacement.

As far as the boost valve, quality units such as Sonnax come with instructions as well, and are also O-ringed to prevent fluid leakage from around the valve.

Personally, I would skip the "billet" servo and get the vette servo as well as the Sonnax .500" boost valve.

Get the corvette servo not the billet servo. Works better and less likely to damage the transmission.

Frik, that sounds like a good deal that Project is offering you. I would go for it.
