Clutch Problems! Help!!!

Ok I put in a new clutch and throw out bearing. I used the spline alignment tool to align the clutch, I then tightened the pressure plate onto the flywheel, it looked even all around, however my friend said the teeth on the pressure plate looked a little uncentered from the middle of the flywheel, I asked my old mechanic friend if it was ok, he said it was fine. So we bolted it all together, had to buy a new slave clutch cylinder and bled out the system, the clutch pedal felt great. We had another friend help us bolt the tranny back on, and he said it felt like something inside wasn't aligned correctly, it was just a little bit off, but he said it would align once you press the clutch in and bolt the tranny back up, well we put everything back together, now when you completely press the clutch pedal to the floor, and go into 1st gear, you have to push really hard to get into 1st, and it grinds, I did this while the car was still on jackstands. However, when I put the car back on the ground, and started it, then put it in 1st, it stalled, it stalls in every gear. Could it be that the hydralic clutch system hasn't been bled fully? Or could it also have to do with what my friend commented about on the pressure plate? The tranny bolted on great with no problems, no gaps, fits like a glove. I think the clutch is not releasing, no matter how far I have the pedal down, please help!!@!@ I have been working on this clutch job, for 2 weeks, (well only on Saturdays.) and I was really happy when I finished, cause it was a real pain.

First make sure the hydraulics are bled correctly.
EASY way.....

Take the top off the fluid resovoir. Make sure it's full.

Now crack open the bleeder screw on the bottom on the slave cylinder. Let it bleed itself. Just make sure to keep checking the fluid at the resovoir to make sure it doesn't go dry. This is "gravity" bleeding.

Try it, it has worked fine for me countless times.

Which one of these 2 ways did you put the throwout bearing in the fork?

NAahahahaha after three weekends I've found the problem!!!! The %#$@% throw out bearing was in backwards, so the small side of the throw out bearing couldn't disengage the clutch. I flipped it over so the bigger side of the throw out bearing was facing the fly wheel, BING mother#%$&-O. Its DONE, well thanks for all your help.
