Gasket size
Does anyone know what size gasket i need for the ring gear? I have a 3.27 posi/limited slip rearend. I need a new one and havent taken my rearend apart yet but i need to know so i can get one. Thanks
one the fits the rear in your car. you ought to have a 10 or 9 bolt and in very rare occasions maybe a dana 44. count the bolts in the cover and go to a parts store and tell them what you have.

The 3.27 ratio was only offered in the 9 bolts (not the 10 bolts) so you will need a 9 bolt 7.75 inch rear cover gasket. At least I am assuming you mean the rear cover gasket as there is no gasket for the ring gear, it mounts directly to the differential unit.
