Vigilante/A.C.T. result on a stock '90 IROC?

I was wondering what type of ET improvements a PI Vigilate or an A.C.T. would have on a <<<STOCK>>> 1990 IROC-Z (350/700R4) with 3.23 Gears? Probably would go with a stall of about 2200 RPM. I see where people say they drop .4-.5 seconds, however I was curious about a stock car. With times like 1.95 (60 foot) - 9.1 (1/8) - 14.2 (1/4). With radial tires, would the wheel spin be too much for daily driving?

-Thanks

i just put a 2400-2600 stall in my car, but the tranny that i ordered with it doesnt work so i have to send it back.

my motor is stock, besides pulleys n smog delete..but i haven't got to try it out yet.

i always like talking to people who have my same year car.
