I have tried a search and done everything i can to try and get my clutch working again, but no luck. I have bled the system so much it's not funny.

I replaced the slave cylinder first, then the master. I keep bleeding and air keeps coming out of the bleeder every time i open it. clutch goes in, bleeder opens, air and fluid comes out, bleeder closes clutch goes out. over and over. But I always only get like a 1/2" of travel on the fork. I adjusted the screw on the fork all the way out and all the way in and the clutch won't disengage. I don't see any leaks from the lines or the resevoir. Could there really be that much air or is there somewhere that will let air into the system w/o leaking fluid??

suspose to let the slave hang at a 45* angle and gravity bleed. i never had any luck with the gm method. you can buy a completeMC, slave, and line assembly prebled from gm. i use a pheniox injector to bleed clutch systems

 

what i did with mine was to push in the pin that comes out of the slave cylinder to bleed it, then i did the pedal side next, worked awsome that way
