4th gen rear w/ Drums and e-brake

Does anyone know what e-brake cable will work for this, will the 91-92s work, i have a 95 rear with 3.23s and drums, my 9 bolt blew, from old age a guess, and i replaced it with this b/c of cost. But the cable from a 95 won't work and the cable from the 9 bolt disc won't work....anyone know what will work?

the problem is that the clip that attaches the end of the cable to the body is too close to the end of the cable, there is only like 6"or so sticking out the end where i need like 1 foot....i think what i am gonna do it go get the e-brake actuating(spelling) lever (inside drum) from a 3rd gen and see if i can put that in the drum of the 95, that way i can just go and get some 3rd gen brake cables....i will have to see, GM wants like 25 for each so i am gonna go to a junkyard and get them for like $5. I will let you guys know how it turns out.
