Ok I am rebuilding a rear end for my old truck, the rear end is a 12 bolt. How the hell do I get the old races out from where the inner and outter pinion bearing are, I may just be going about it the wrong way. Need some help here so I can have this thing done this weekend.

i drive them out with a hammer and punch, not very hard to do

 

Yes I feel very dumb I was just scared to hit it hard.
