T5 "World Class" oil

Guys, which lube is best to run in the so called "world class" T5 in my 88 IROC? I've had a trans shop tell me to run ATF in it. I currently have been running Mobil1 synth ATF in there and it seems to be working well, but shifts are a little klunky when it's cold as hell outside.

Thanks!!

Mobile 1 for me. Works fine in all weather. California and cold as hell? Humm, try Kansas in the middle of the winter.
