need a tranny for my 475hp LS6 powered 82 z28. It is going to be a daily driven car. I am looking at an auto but have no knowledge of the different autos out there.

Can ya'll offer some suggestions. Oh I know I want overdrive. Will be doing a good bit of interstate driving.

 

well if you want overdrive then the transision you want is a 700-r4. but you will need to get strong built one with your setup.
