broke 9-bolt

broke 9-bolt
i pulled the cover, no teeth are broke, but if i spin the tire by hand slowly with the trans in neutal the drive shaft spins in relation to the speed of the tire, but if i spin the tire fast the drive shaft doesnt spin hardly at all, from what i could tell everything in the diff looked the way it should. anybody with 9bolt experience interested in giving any advice as to what the problem is

Hey Dilhole...NJITIROC is right...give it a chance...the 9 bolt experts don't live on the message boards...
As for your problem, it it probably a worn out carrier...go to 9bolt.com and read the faq for the test for a worn out posi...
and next time, try not to insult those who you want to answer your questions...

Agreed...especially with the nasty snow falling in Mpls...4 inches on the ground and another 4-7 by tonight

anyways, you could give miles a shot, im not sure where he has been lately, ive sent him a few emails and so has my friend and we have not gotten any response, not even "youre annoying me, go away!!" lol, jk. i hope he is OK, he has been MIA it seems for a good while.
