4.3 L- 700r4

will a 700r4 off a 4.3 liter v6 fit a v8?

Engine: 5.7

Transmission: 6 spd

Axle/Gears: 3:92

If the bell housing pattern is the same (I think it is) it will. But I am not sure if it has the smaller input shaft or not or if the tail shaft will be correct as there are a couple of differen't sizes for differen't apps.

4.3 v6 is a 90* engine and uses the standard SBC bolt pattern on on the trans/bell houseing
