when i put the car into drive into the morning it take like 30secs of revin the engine up and down to enguage into drive ?

this is a automatic car .. 86 camaro with 2.8 not sure on what trans it has ... all i know it is a auto with over drive

Have you checked the fluid level? Low fluid level can cause that. So can old fluid.
