Where can I get a decent WC T-5 ?

Does anybody know where I can get a decent or re-built World Class T-5 ?

It seems they are getting hard to come by these days.

No luck for two weeks now at the local junkyards. Checked E-bay. 25 Ford T-5s, no Chevy T-5s.

Thanks for the other leads though. I will call them tomorrow.

honestly i have no idea. ive heard so much on why they never put them with the 350s, that i have no idea what to believe anymore. some peoples brake and some dont. there was a guy saying he had 400+ HP running through it and it was alright. i find that far fetched (he prob guesstimated like a lot of people on this board) you have 350 hp in the crank? i believe the TQ spec on the T-5s is 330 or less....im not quite sure. only way to know is buy it and find out

LOL The 400 hp was with the small blower I have had 500 + since 1992 and if ya think thats "guesstimated" you can come find out better look before ya leep

what you failed to add was it has allways had "street tires on it"

hmmmm it wasnt you because he was selling the car. it was a formula. and im sure you have done something to the tranny. his car had no blower.....another reason why i say guesstimation. it was a 355 with some junk pistons and ported heads and cam. so please....look before you leap. im down for "coming and finding out" think you can hang with my car

i take that back. your sig says you got a 305? sorry man, i only race people with 350+ cubes

heh i guess we'll see then? thats a lot of work for a little 305...see the GM tech like 2 months back with the 2x turbo ls1 z28? im goin dynoing with him the 27th cuz he got a new short block. he was putting out 580 RWhp with the stock short block. cant wait too see what he puts out on the 27th....think you can hang with him? LOL gonna be a sick ride though. 2 hour drive with him leading the pack. gonna be like 15-20 fbodies behind him. what a beautiful thing
