Pulled my WC now im offcially uckfayed
when i pulled out out and get it seperated from the motor i discoverd the throwout bearing was installed correctly (see "adjust pivot ball bleed slave")...but i wanted to pop the cover lid off to have a looksee since it was just rebuilt and i wanted to make sure nothing was fragged or anything yada yada yada...so i start driving out the roll pin and i notice that its alittle tougher then when i rebuilt it...i didnt htink anyhitng of it as i put it off to a new roll pin....drive the pin out and i try to take out hte punch and its stuck in the offset block!!...i put a 10mm socket on it and tried to turn it to try to get it out...i heard a pop and saw a spark and relized i was only holding half the punch...the pin part broke off in the offset block with the roll pin still in there...i tried vise grips to try to get it out and nothing worked...
please help lol

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
Only things I can think of is to heat it red-hot and let it air cool to remove the hardening, then drill it out.
Or, use another slightly smaller punch and drive it through like you did the roll pin.
That is all assuming that it broke off nearly flush...

i think your first idea may be better,...the punch broke off about 1/4 inch from flush with the offset block, and the roll pin wasnt drivin all the way out. so theres no way to drive that pin out and the rest of the punch...i just have to heat the block so i could pull the rest of the punch out.....i just dont know if i want to put an acetelyn torch to that offset block...
