T5 leaking at the front?

I just had a new oil pan and intake manifold gasket replaced and thought for sure that would cure the leak as both were leaking. The oil pressure sender was also a little wet so it was replaced. Anyway, fired the car up and took it for a spin. We got back and to my surprise and rage, there was that blasted drip coming off the bottom of the bell housing. It's NOT motor oil because fresh oil was put in and this fluid was dark. My question, is there a seal at the front of the trans that could cause this and how difficult is it to replace?
Thanks

as far as i know from looking at my seal book at work there is a seal in the input shaft. i don't know how hard it would be to change tho.
