T-5 tranny...from 1pc rear main to 2pc...
If I take a T5 tranny from a 1pc rear main car, and install it into a 2pc rear main car - what has to change? Is the flywheel the same?

The flywheel is different. The flange on the crank that it bolts to is different, so it has to be different.
Other than that, everything else bolts right up.
