my car Shifts At too low an RPM -Help?

my car Shifts At too low an RPM at WOT going from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. Is there a fix to this?

You need a lighter weight governor. Make sure that the TV cable is adjusted so that it is tight at WOT, then if the shifts are too low, make a change to a lighter governor.
