Please take a look at this flywheel

Please take a look at these pics and tell me what is going on with my flywheel and clutch. These are from a 89 camaro with a zz430,t56 and spec stage 2 clutch. The clutch was installed about 3 years ago and everthing was torqued to spec. At the same time the flywheel was resurfaced. the clutch worked fine other than i noticed a small vibration around 4000 rpm. You can see in the pic the flywheel has one spot that rubs bad. On the rest of the flywheel the swirlmarks from the resurface can still be easily seel. The clutch has only worn on the flywheel side that is why the pressure plate still looks new. What do you think my problem is? I think I am not going to try resurfacing the flywheel again. When I buy a new clutch and flywheel, must they be balanced together? Thanks

What's on the back side at those places? Any balance drilling?

Everything looks OK, except that those 2 places on the flywheel look like they've been getting really hot.

No nothing on the back side of the hot spot. The hot spot looks more like a something metal has rubbed against it. It is scratched in the rotation of the flwheel. The clutch has none of these marks so Im thinking maybe it was a high spot on the flywheel? Why does the clutch only wear on the flywheel side? The pressure plate side looks brand new. Maybe its best just to buy a new flywheel, pressure plate and clutch and start with new. Any body know where to get the best priceing on a spec stage 2 and flywheel? Do they need to be balanced If I buy them new?

new: they don't need balanced.

I would have the PP & flywheel surfaced and reinstall. The disc could use inspection of course.

The pressure plate side has no wear, the pressure plate looks brand new. Would I still have to have it resurfaced with the flywheel? Is it true that once a flywheel gets a hot spot you cannot remove it?
Thanks

Maybe it's just me but that pressure plate looks like it has a bit of hotspotting, but appears to have zero wear. At a minimum, run a dial indicator on it, see if it's warped. You need to see what is warped before making decisions anyway.
