b&m shift kit install question

for those who have installed a shift kit in your 700r4, in the step that shows to enlarge the holes, two of them 1/8" and one enlarged to 3/32"

well my question is, the hole that needs to be drilled to 3/32" is already that size. the drill bit provided fits inside the hole with extra space, but the 1/8" drill bit is too big.

anyone else encounter this before? should i leave it as is or drill it to a 1/8" as well? thanks

oh btw this is TraviZ, but im at porkyzilla's house.

I also used the B&M kit. I didn't run into that problem and mine is an 87. I would assume that if B&M wants it 3/32nds and it is already that size, leave it alone. I am not sure but I was under the assumtion that there are differen't flex plates per car and model year also, this could be why you ran into this.

If you still are worried about it, get a hold of B&M tech support. They will help you out.

Some valve body plates have a apx. .093 2nd gear feed hole, "do not" enlarge it to .125, .093 is fine.
