clutch problems

Car: 91 camaro rs
Engine: tbi 305
Transmission: 5 speed
clutch problems
this is the first manual car ive owned and it seems when i shift under hard accelleration it wont grab , like the rpms will shoot up and settle as it grabs, i know its the original clutch with 126k miles on it, if it is the clutch what would be a good replacement thats not super expensive?
