i have a vss now!
so yesterday i headed down to the juckyard and pulled a vehicle speed sensor off one of the 150= 3rd gens in the local salvage lot. cost me $8.11. i also found a full black interior plastics set up with radio delete!!!!!! no sail panels !! it was awsome! i was going to go back today and pull it out but its raining. so last night i made an adapter to mate the electronic vss with the mechanical unit in my th350. zip ties and jb weld are my best friend. it runs awsome now, i just need to change the plugs and o2 sensor. as soon as i can ill get it dynoed and post the results.im lookin for 275hp and 375tq. last dyno was 252whp at 4000rpm and 356wtq at 2000.at 3800 rpm it was going off the scale rich. i now have no "check engine " light for the first time in 2 years. im very excited to get this problem fixed and i cant wait to find some ls1/lt1's to run. ive only lost to one ls1 in about 80 races. time to fill my bottles again!!

Good luck on the dyno and good find on all those interior parts.
I love good trips to the junk yard, especially on half price day.
