Round cover on driver's side rear of trans,
Some had a clip over the round cover, some didnt
If it have a wire clip, use a flatblade screw driver to pop the clip off.
The round cover will need to be pop off too. Use a flat blade screw driver between the trans and back of round cover and pry the cover off. You may even need to hit the screw driver with a hammer a few times.
Once cover is off, grab the Governor and twist counter clock wise 1/4 turn will pulling out on it. It will pull right out.
To put it back in, push Governor and turn 1/4 turn clockwise. Put a new big O ring seal on the lip of the cover, wipe alittle trans fulid on the rubber seal, push the cover in the hole by hand, then tap on the cover easy with a hammer till it seats all the way down flush.
If it has the wire clip, pop it back on by placing the top of the clip in the hole on top then snap in place on the bottom
